A media preview of Toranomon Marché was held on October 31, 2025, offering an early look at the new food hall developed as part of the ongoing transformation of the Toranomon area. Designed as an everyday dining destination for office workers, residents, and visitors, Toranomon Marché brings together a curated mix of established brands, Tokyo debut concepts, and venue-exclusive formats under one roof.

The food hall features a total of 11 vendors, each positioned to reflect both diversity and accessibility in contemporary urban dining. Japanese cuisine anchors much of the lineup, beginning with Sōhonke Sarashina Horii Ao, a new-format soba concept from the long-established Sarashina Horii lineage, and Sushi to Sake Uohibi(日), which pairs sushi with a carefully selected range of sake. Seafood offerings are further expanded by Aoyuzu-Tora, a fish market–inspired eatery sourcing seasonal catches, and 8TH SEA OYSTER Kitchen, which introduces a casual oyster-focused concept developed specifically for the venue.

Ramen and comfort food also play a central role. Hakodate Menya Ichimonji PREMIUM marks its Tokyo debut with a refined take on Hakodate-style shio ramen, while Captain Kangaroo, known for its American-style burgers, opens its first Tokyo location within the space. Hokkaido Soup Curry Suage brings Sapporo-origin soup curry to Toranomon, emphasizing spice-forward broths and vegetable-heavy compositions.

International influences appear alongside domestic brands. Bánh Xèo Saigon offers Vietnamese dishes centered on rice-flour pancakes and street-food flavors, while Pizzeria Calimero serves classic Italian-style pizzas adapted for casual dining. Kitchen183 by Machimura Farm introduces a farm-driven concept highlighting dairy and produce from Hokkaido, and Chikuya rounds out the lineup with bento and delicatessen-style prepared foods designed for takeout and quick meals.

The layout of Toranomon Marché prioritizes flexibility, with seating and circulation designed to accommodate both short lunch visits and longer, relaxed stays. During the preview, emphasis was placed on how the venue functions not only as a dining space but also as a daily-use hub integrated into the surrounding business district. Several vendors operate concepts that differ from their existing locations, reinforcing the site’s role as a testing ground for new formats.

With its mix of first-in-Tokyo openings, exclusive concepts, and familiar names presented in updated forms, Toranomon Marché positions itself as a food hall aligned with the evolving lifestyle patterns of central Tokyo. The project reflects a broader trend toward compact, high-quality dining environments that balance speed, variety, and comfort in one shared space.
