FourĀ Tochigi BrexĀ players scored in double figures. SpanishĀ Sebastian SaizĀ (205-1994, college:Ā Ole Miss) answered with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds and American centerĀ Dererk PardonĀ (203-1996, college:Ā Northwestern) added 16 points in the effort for Alvark Tokyo. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.Ā Tochigi Brex will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Alvark will play again at home against Tochigi Brex and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

American guardĀ DJ NewbillĀ (193-1992, college:Ā Penn State) notched 27 points, 5 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals to lead the effort and supported him with 12 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists. Tochigi Brex’s coachĀ Zico CoronelĀ used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. Even 18 points and 9 rebounds by SpanishĀ Sebastian SaizĀ (205-1994, college:Ā Ole Miss) did not help to save the game forĀ Alvark Tokyo. AmericanĀ Marcus FosterĀ (191-1995, college:Ā Creighton) added 12 points for the hosts.Ā Tochigi Brex will meet at home Shimane SM in the next round and it may be the game of the week.
