Global K-pop icon G‑DRAGON has brought his groundbreaking media exhibition Übermensch to Tokyo, marking his first large-scale solo showcase of this kind in Japan. Running from July 12 to 21, 2025, the exhibition is being held at the Shinjuku Sumitomo Building Triangle Plaza (Sankaku Hiroba), a central venue in the heart of the city’s business and entertainment district.

The exhibition invites visitors into a vast, 2,600-square-meter multimedia environment inspired by the themes and visual aesthetics of Übermensch, G‑DRAGON’s long-anticipated comeback album released earlier this year. Blending digital art, audio-visual installations, and fashion-inspired design, the exhibition explores the concepts of transformation, identity, and rebirth through G‑DRAGON’s unique creative lens.

Visitors can experience a variety of curated environments, including daisy-themed art zones, interactive photo booths, temporary tattoo installations, and a VR experience designed to immerse fans in G‑DRAGON’s surreal world. A key highlight is a rotating 3D stage that reinterprets the music video for “Drama,” enhanced with motion graphics, lighting effects, and holographic visuals. The space offers an intimate yet expansive look at the multifaceted artistry behind the artist’s new era.

The event officially launched with a special “Fam Day” experience exclusively for members of G‑DRAGON’s official fan club, emphasizing the artist’s close connection with his global supporters. Ahead of the opening, a striking 3D teaser featuring G‑DRAGON waving a daisy lightstick aired on the Cross Shinjuku Vision screen, generating significant buzz across social media platforms and attracting fans to the area.

Following its Tokyo premiere, the exhibition is scheduled to open in Taipei at Taipei 101 from July 17 to August 11, 2025. The Taiwan edition will feature additional content and interactive expansions, with future international cities expected to be announced soon.

Through Übermensch, G‑DRAGON reasserts himself not only as a pioneering musician but also as a cultural visionary at the intersection of music, art, fashion, and technology. This immersive exhibition underscores his commitment to pushing creative boundaries while offering fans an unprecedented window into his evolving universe.
