HARE – Rakuten Fashion Week Tokyo 2021 SS

Japanese brand Hare has recently shown its 2021 Spring/Summer Men’s and Women’s collection at the Tokyo Ebisu Garden Hall. The main theme of this season is a traditional Japanese view of the world, as they say on their own website, but with a game of similarities.

This collection is about mixing the unordinary with the ordinary by making yourself stylish and beautiful, mixing two worlds of similarities, and could be tagged as “similar” but “different” due to the visual game it creates with material, color and print contrasts.

Our proposal is about redefining the modern {HARE} by mixing our reality and the root of being Japanese, the {WA}(和) culture.

The mood and visual approach of {WA},
The function of modern clothing,
The ambition to the coming future.
These elements filtered by {HARE} and our reality will take us to the unordinary of the ordinary.
